qb2odoo QuickBooks to Odoo migration

Terms of use (end-user licence)

These terms cover the use of qb2odoo at https://sorryquickbooks.com, provided by Nicholas Kosinski.

Who may use it

qb2odoo is for people invited by an administrator of this installation, to migrate the accounting of companies they are authorised to act for. You must have the QuickBooks company owner's permission to connect their QuickBooks company and the Odoo database owner's permission to write to their database.

What it does

It reads QuickBooks (it never writes to it), copies the data into the Odoo database you choose, or prepares files for you to import there, and compares the result with QuickBooks. You remain responsible for reviewing the mapping, checking the result, and the accounting itself. A migration can be undone; deleting records in Odoo is your decision.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell an administrator if you think someone else used your account. Accounts can be deactivated at any time.

Data

How data is handled, kept and deleted is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

qb2odoo is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nicholas Kosinski is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Always keep your QuickBooks company file or subscription until the Odoo books have been checked.

Intuit and QuickBooks

QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. qb2odoo is not made or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
